Note: A Legacy of Filipino American Performing Arts in California. Created by Ube Arte, a Southeast Asian performing arts research and education organization that produces public and private events featuring musicians and dancers from The Pakaraguian Kulintang Ensemble (PKE) of Los Angeles and San Diego, and Malaya Filipino American Dance Arts of Los Angeles. It was founded by researcher/scholars Dr. Mary Talusan, Dr. Eleanor Lipat-Chesler, Dr. Bernard Ellorin, and dancer/choreographer Peter Paul de Guzman.
